Leasing and Application Process

Renters insurance is required for all residents.
Most applications are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on verification requirements.

Move-In, Lease Terms
We offer a variety of lease terms, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months, depending on availability. Please contact the leasing office for current options.
You will need a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance, proof of electricity setup, and payment for any remaining move-in costs.
Subletting is not permitted. Unit-to-unit transfers are allowed within the community for a transfer fee.
A 60-day written notice is required prior to move-out.
Amenities & Lifestyle
We offer two pools, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and a playground.
Amenities are not open 24/7.
Residents may reserve amenity spaces for a fee and deposit.
Wi‑Fi is available in select common areas.
We do not offer guest suites for visitors.
Parking is available onsite.
EV charging stations are not available at this time.
Bike storage is not available.
USPS and UPS packages are delivered to the leasing office, while all other carriers deliver directly to your unit.

Guests
We do not offer a guest suite at this time.
Guest parking is available. Guests must register under the resident they are visiting.

Pets
Pets are welcome at the community, with applicable guidelines, fees, and restrictions in place.

The property is zoned to Outley Elementary School, Budewig Intermediate School, O’Donnell Middle School, and Hastings High School.
