The process was okay. I wish they would have clarified that I could open a bank and get a cashier’s check. Rather than having to call a bank and wait two to four days to get it. Many people have military banks and they are far and few in Texas.

Overall, the property has potential, but there are a few areas that could use improvement to make it a more comfortable place to live. One of the biggest concerns has been pest control. Roaches and other pests have been an ongoing issue, and while occasional treatments help temporarily, the problem seems to return. Consistent, preventative pest management throughout all units and common areas would make a big difference. Another challenge has been the lack of flexibility when residents need to end a lease early. Life circumstances can change unexpectedly, and it would be helpful if management offered more reasonable options or understanding for those situations instead of rigid policies or high penalties. Lastly, improving the friendliness and responsiveness of office staff would go a long way. A welcoming tone and a sense that residents’ concerns are valued would create a much better community atmosphere. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Review for Chaka

Okay community, has issues like most. Biggest issue I have experienced is the roaches. They send pest control are your request but it’s still not working. No rush on getting this issue resolved.

This is a quite and chill 😎 place to live at and verify helpful people in the front office. The pools are great but the gym can use some maintenance or upgrade. Overall, cant complain

Very well maintained. Outside is always clean and Well kept. If a request for maintenance is needed they will be promptly resolved. Staff is very friendly.
